Hoa Viên Craft Brewery
This prestigious location, famous for its Czech beer, is no stranger to culinary enthusiasts from all generations. Pre-COVID time, guests would often visit the restaurant to observe the dry-aging process and choose their preferred cut of meat for on-site coal grilling.
