In June, Flavors Vietnam 2024, co-hosted by Mastercard and Vietcetera, launched under the theme "Crafting shared culinary experiences." The program has successfully reached two-thirds of its timeline, drawing engagement from culinary enthusiasts, F&B business owners and experts, as well as advertising media and international content creators.

Building on the success of July’s Bar Week and September's Flavors Conference, Flavors Vietnam continues to honor the contributions and achievements of the Vietnamese F&B sector. The initiative will culminate in the Flavors Festival and the Flavors Awards ceremony, scheduled for December.

Awards Meet Festival: A Vibrant Celebration

First introduced in 2018 as the Restaurants and Bars Awards—affectionately known as the Bánh Mì Awards—the event has been held for four seasons, consistently aiming to recognize outstanding businesses and services within Vietnam's F&B industry.

An annual highlight of each Flavors Vietnam season, the awards ceremony has continuously expanded, enhancing its prestige and scope to offer the Vietnamese F&B industry a respected platform, where influential contributors are highlighted. The awards also fosters a space for networking and establishing high-quality connections.

This year, the ceremony returns under a new banner—the Flavors Awards 2024—and will be a key feature of the Flavors Festival held on December 7-8 in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Flavors Festival blends unique culinary culture with Vietnam’s dynamic lifestyle. In its inaugural year, the festival will host 40 food booths ranging from gourmet creations to everyday eats, and a variety of entertainment activities such as workshops, masterclasses, games, and vibrant music performances, poised to be a focal point of this year's Flavors Vietnam campaign.

The Flavors Awards ceremony will take place on the evening of the festival’s first day, December 7, 2024, open to all attendees and featuring several new and exciting award categories.

In the first round, a Group Insider of 20 members will submit their nominations for each category. The nominees for the Grand Prize are pioneers in quality, continually innovating and making a positive impact on the community.

Based on these nominations, a Grand Jury of 15 members will decide the winners of each category in the second round. The final voting results will be announced during the Flavors Awards 2024 ceremony.
