Vietcetera is seeking a dynamic, solutions-driven Account Manager with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in client relationship management. In this role, you will oversee client and internal projects from start to finish, working closely with the Business Manager throughout the entire sales process.You will be the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard while meeting commercial targets.
You'll be managing projects with companies covering industries ranging from financial services to technology.

5+ years’ experience in account management, preferably within the media, advertising, or agency industry.
Proven track record of managing major client accounts and delivering multi-stakeholder projects.
Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring junior team members.
Strong pitching, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Native Vietnamese speaker with fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken).
