    Vietcetera is seeking a dynamic, solutions-driven Account Manager with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in client relationship management. In this role, you will oversee client and internal projects from start to finish, working closely with the Business Manager throughout the entire sales process.You will be the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard while meeting commercial targets.

    You'll be managing projects with companies covering industries ranging from financial services to technology.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Client Relationship & Representation

    • Represent Vietcetera in front of major clients, serving as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
    • Build and nurture long-term partnerships by maintaining a solutions-first, proactive approach.
    • Anticipate client needs and propose strategic recommendations to strengthen collaboration.

    2. Team Leadership

    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to ensure professional growth and high-quality client service.
    • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative team culture.
    • Oversee workload distribution and ensure efficient resource allocation across projects.

    3. Sales & Pre-Sales Support

    • Partner with the Business Manager during pitches and negotiations with major clients.
    • Oversee proposal creation, service ideation, and pitch preparations to secure new business.
    • Ensure business materials (media kits, case studies, templates) remain updated and aligned with brand standards.
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.

    4. Project, Contract & Financial Management

    • Lead cross-functional project execution (Editorial, Marketing, Design, Tech, Event) to ensure deliverables meet scope, budget, and deadlines.
    • Manage contracts, renewals, and client sign-offs in coordination with legal and finance teams.
    • Track account receivables and ensure payment compliance.
    • Monitor account profitability and propose efficiency improvements where needed.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years’ experience in account management, preferably within the media, advertising, or agency industry.

    • Proven track record of managing major client accounts and delivering multi-stakeholder projects.

    • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring junior team members.

    • Strong pitching, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Native Vietnamese speaker with fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken).

    • Currently unable to consider international candidates or sponsor work visas.
