We need an intern who can pair with the PM, the tech team, and a rotating internal partner team to ship those agents and the tooling around them. Real things, used by real people, every week.
Pair with the PM and tech team to design and ship internal agents - discovering the workflow with the team that owns it, building the smallest version that works, iterating from there.
Build pipelines that move information between Slack, Google Workspace, and our content stack.
Build the smallest tool that proves a workflow before it's formalized - a script, a Slack bot, a Claude skill, an MCP server - whatever shape fits the problem.
Contribute to how AI search engines surface our content - structured pages, schema, measurement of when answer engines cite us.
Help shape parts of the consumer product surface where AI can do the heavy lifting better than a human.
You will not be writing PRDs from a corner. You'll be building.
A solid grasp of LLMs and RAG. You've built something end-to-end, even if small. You can explain what worked and what didn't.
Comfortable in Python or TypeScript. Familiar with at least one of: LangChain / LlamaIndex / direct OpenAI or Anthropic SDKs / pgvector or similar.
Comfortable with prompts as a primary engineering surface - you iterate on a prompt the way most engineers iterate on code.
Self-directed. We give you the priority and the partner team; you figure out the workflow alongside them.
Written English strong enough to read docs, write tickets, and explain what you've built.
