Business Manager

Vietcetera is seeking an experienced Business Manager, with demonstrated client relationships at agency networks or with direct brands (any industry focus).
This role will be client-facing (pre-sales) and responsible for growing relationships over time as new projects are launched and implemented. Project management experience is a plus.

• Source, streamline and manage large content and partnership deals to meet assigned revenue KPI;
• Discuss strategy with clients and internal product teams, and develop dynamic multimedia campaigns;
• Internally, work with other Business Managers and partners to form product strategy and inform our Creative/Content teams about innovative formats that our clients and audience expect from Vietcetera. You're always up for finding better solutions for efficiency, to facilitate better workflows and team communication;
• Additionally, each Business manager will be responsible for forming, and leading a 'squad' of accounts managers in execution of deliverables.

• Professional digital or integrated media sales or accounts experience.
• History of developing business accounts and managing projects.
• Thorough understanding of the full sales cycle and digital media operations and
  landscape
• Ability to lead and close an RFP process, creating tailored partner proposals that
  include: native digital content, audio integrations, long-form content, social media
  & virtual event sponsorships.
• Experience or interest in leading a small business unit.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Creativity is also a must.
• Passion for and belief in Vietcetera, its mission, and its franchises and products.
• Experience managing international stakeholders is a plus.
