Vietcetera is seeking a Business Manager who will take ownership of driving revenue growth, managing sales performance, and strengthening client partnerships across industries.
This role is highly sales-driven , responsible for pushing sales pipelines and ensuring revenue targets are consistently achieved. The Business Manager will work closely with the Head of Business and Vertical Leads to identify opportunities, lead client engagements, and optimize the efficiency of Vietcetera’s commercial operations.
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue KPIs
Proactively source, pitch, and close large-scale partnerships and multimedia campaigns.
Monitor sales pipelines and conversion rates; regularly report performance insights and forecasts to the Head of Business.
Identify new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
Collaborate with finance and operations to track, analyze, and optimize revenue performance.
2. Client Strategy & Partnership Development
Represent Vietcetera as a trusted advisor to major clients and partners.
Lead discussions with clients to define objectives and design tailored, high-impact content or partnership solutions.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Content, Marketing, Events & Finance) to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
Continuously strengthen long-term partnerships through consistent communication and added-value solutions.
3. Collaboration & Sales Enablement
Collab with a team of Account Managers and Executives, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals.
Set clear performance expectations, review progress, and guide the team to close deals effectively.
Build efficient workflows across teams to enhance execution and delivery quality.
Promote a performance-driven, collaborative sales culture across the team.
4. Business Development & Market Insights
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
Contribute to the development of Vietcetera’s commercial offerings and pricing models.
Support new product or format launches by identifying potential advertisers and partnership opportunities.
5+ years of experience in media, digital, or integrated sales, with proven success in driving revenue growth.
Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of the full sales cycle.
Proven ability to lead teams, monitor sales performance, and achieve revenue targets.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales management.
Passionate about the media industry and Vietcetera’s mission to shape modern Vietnam’s voice.
Native Vietnamese speaker with fluent English proficiency.
Experience working with international clients or brands is a plus.
