Vietcetera is looking for a Creative to join our Creative Squad. This position will create audio-visual formats for various digital shows and event content.

• Carry the sole responsibility to produce quality product ideas.
• Work on the creative process and ensure the practicality in execution and the project's success.
• Actively collaborate with internal teams (business, events, account, design, AV production...) to create appealing proposals that align with client's expectations.
• Oversee the creative process for all relevant projects from the beginning like brainstorming solutions to execution and quality control the work afterward.
• Work closely with CC0, Visual Director & AV production team to turn ideas into reality.
• Making sure the work meets quality standards is highly important by following the work closely and giving detailed and clear-cut feedback to the production team.
• Review content performance and constantly analyze to update and improve work quality.

• 3-4 years of working in a creative position

• Strong creative vision & taste with an understanding of business objectives

• Strong video production skill & control the set well

• Strong portfolio that showcases highly conceptual abilities and excellent writing skills

• Strong communication skill to work with internal & external team

• This candidate must be native in Vietnamese and fluent in English. At this time we cannot consider international candidates or sponsor work visas.

• Be able to see other people’s points of view and take on board feedback

• Exceptionally creative, to be able to come up with interesting and innovative ideas

• Top-notch presentation skills
