Creative - Onboardy

Onboardy - Career Content Vertical of Vietcetera is looking for a Creative to join our Creative Squad. This position will create audio-visual formats for various digital shows and event content.

• Carry the sole responsibility to produce quality product (theme, shows, content, etc) ideas.
• Work on the creative process and ensure the practicality in execution and the project's success.
• Actively collaborate with internal teams (vertical leader, sales, events, account, design, production...) to create appealing proposals that align with client's expectations.
• Oversee the creative process for all relevant projects from the beginning like brainstorming solutions to execution and quality control the work afterward.
• Making sure the work meets quality standards is highly important by following the work closely and giving detailed and clear-cut feedback to the production team.
• Review content performance and constantly analyze to update and improve work quality.

• 3+ years of working in a show/podcast creative position or similar roles
• Having experience working for Business, Career or Personal Development Content is preferred
• Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
• Strong portfolio that showcases highly conceptual abilities and excellent writing skills
• This candidate must be native in Vietnamese and fluent in English. At this time we cannot consider international candidates or sponsor work visas.
• Be able to see other people’s points of view and take on board feedback
• Exceptionally creative, to be able to come up with interesting and innovative ideas
• Top-notch presentation skills
