Creative - Vietnam Innovators Digest

Vietcetera is seeking a Creative to join our Vietnam Innovators Digest vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for compelling audio-visual content for our digital shows and event-related campaigns. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that drive engagement and elevate brand storytelling.

• Creative Ideation & Concepting : work hand-in-hand with Vertical Lead and Executive Producer to develop original, high-quality concepts for digital shows, branded formats, and multi-platform content.

• Creative Strategy & Execution: ensure ideas are creatively ambitious, strategically aligned, and production-feasible—partnering with internal teams to bring concepts to life.

• Performance-Based Creative Thinking: use performance insights to evolve formats, improve content strategies, and drive continual innovation in how we tell stories.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: work with Sales, Events, Design, Production, and Account teams to build pitches, creative solutions, and brand-aligned proposals.

• Project Oversight & Quality Control : support the Executive Producer in guiding production teams through execution, review deliverables at all key milestones, and uphold creative standards across formats.

• 3-5 years of working in a creative position
• Strong creative vision with an understanding of  business, economics, finance…
• Strong portfolio that showcases highly conceptual abilities and excellent writing skills
• This candidate must be native in Vietnamese and fluent in English. At this time, we are not able to consider international candidates or sponsor work visas.
• Be able to see other people’s points of view and take on board feedback
• Exceptionally creative, to be able to come up with interesting and innovative ideas
• Top-notch presentation skills
