Designer Lead

Vietcetera Media is seeking a talented Designer Lead to join our team. As a Designer Lead, you will be responsible for designing and leading creative marketing campaigns and event design projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, events, editorial, and sales to deliver high-quality designs that align with our brand vision.

• Lead the design team to create compelling visual designs for marketing campaigns and events that align with the Vietcetera Media brand.
• Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality design deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual designs.
• Conceptualize and design event branding, including but not limited to, logo & key visual, POSM, banner & signage, invitations, presentation and marketing collateral.
• Develop digital marketing materials, including but not limited to, social media graphics, campaigns' logos and key visuals, editorial images, podcast template and adaptations for Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram & Website.
• Continuously improve design processes, tools, and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and technologies.

• 5+ years of experience in a design leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing multidisciplinary design skills, including marketing campaigns and event design.
• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (experienced in Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign & Figma).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in design or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
