Accounting Manager

You will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. Your main responsibilities involve managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, implementing effective operational processes, and providing financial guidance to support organizational objectives.

• Manage the organization's financial operations and provide guidance on financial operations matters, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for cost optimization.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial and tax reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and organizational policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authority as needed.
• Assist in other accounting and finance-related tasks as needed.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.
• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role and similar scale.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written communication in English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Integrity and trustworthiness.
