We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to join our leadership team. This role will be pivotal in driving the company’s financial health and strategy, leading finance and accounting operations, managing investor relations, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and visionary, capable of partnering with stakeholders to shape the company’s financial future.
1 - Strategic Finance Leadership
Serve as a key member of the company’s leadership team, contributing to high-level strategic decisions.
Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on business planning, budgeting, and investment strategy.
Present financial updates and strategic insights in Board of Directors (BOD) meetings, including the preparation and delivery of investor decks and performance reports.
2 - Investor Relations & Due Diligence
Lead investor relations initiatives, ensuring transparent and timely communication with shareholders and potential investors.
Manage financial due diligence processes for fundraising, M&A, and strategic partnerships.
Support capital raising initiatives and contribute to the valuation and negotiation processes.
3 - Financial Management
Oversee and lead the finance and accounting functions including:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
General accounting and reporting
Treasury and cash flow management
Finance operations
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support decision-making. Monitor key financial KPIs and advise the executive team accordingly.
4 - Governance, Compliance, & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.
Oversee internal controls, audits, and risk management processes.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
Recommend improvements in compliance processes and financial governance frameworks.

2 - Experience
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional financial teams and managing full-spectrum finance operations.
Proven track record in investor relations and presenting to executive stakeholders and boards.
Experience conducting financial due diligence and working with legal and financial advisors.
Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and reporting frameworks.
