    The Head of Sales is a key leadership role combining strategic oversight and individual contribution. The role requires directly driving a majority of the company’s revenue while also managing and mentoring the sales and account management teams to achieve collective goals. This individual must excel in closing high-value deals, fostering client relationships, and developing a high-performing team to ensure long-term business growth.     Key Responsibilities

    1. Direct Revenue Contribution: Personally drive significant revenue by identifying, pitching, and closing high-value deals.
     
    2. Sales and Account Team Management:
    • Strategic development of a sales strategy that highlights Vietcetera’s market leadership position.
    • Present at executive meetings as a leader focused on achieving revenue goals.
    • Lead and manage the sales and account management teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and account management strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team, and provide consistent coaching and mentorship.
    • Monitor team performance, address challenges, and foster a collaborative, results-driven culture.
    • Ensure excellent client servicing by overseeing account management activities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

    • Revenue growth and achievement of sales targets.
    • Client retention and satisfaction rates.
    • Team performance.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 8–10 years in sales, partnerships, or business development roles, preferably in the media, advertising, or digital industries.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
    • Experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
    • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
