Producer - Flavors

Flavors Vietnam is Vietcetera’s new English-only food and culture channel, dedicated to showcasing Vietnam’s dynamic culinary landscape and cultural identity through high-quality video storytelling. We aim to create engaging, visually compelling content that resonates with both local and international audiences.

• Work with stakeholders to define requirements, budgets, and timelines for all Flavors video content and digital products.
• Manage the full video production process from planning through post, ensuring high-quality, on-brand content.
• Coordinate with hosts, chefs, local guides, and crew to align schedules, shoot logistics, and creative direction.
• Support internal creative direction to maintain storytelling consistency and cultural authenticity across all content.

• 2+ years experience in video production or film sets, ideally in food, travel, or documentary-style content.
• Strong production management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and on-location coordination.
• Understanding of video/audio workflows with hands-on production experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Vietnamese with strong communication skills; understanding of local culture and regions a plus.
