Program Manager

Vietcetera is seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the program development, positioning, and the marketing strategies specific to a particular Intellectual property (IP) or group of IPs. 

This role is crucial in developing and executing strategies to ensure the success and profitability for the Intellectual property (IP), enhancing its market presence, and driving sales. 

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the particular IPs, setting clear goals and key performance indicators to drive growth and profitability.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, target audience, customer needs, and potential growth areas  based on data and insights.
• Lead the product development of the particular IPs. This includes innovation, quality control, and market positioning.
• Develop and execute commercialization and marketing strategies to promote the particular IPs to enhance its market presence, and drive direct sales and channel sales for our IPs.
• Oversee the financial aspects of the particular IPs, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, revenue generation, and profitability analysis

• Professional digital or integrated media sales or accounts experience.
• History of developing business accounts and managing projects.
• Thorough understanding of the full sales cycle and digital media operations and landscape.
• Experience or interest in leading a small business unit.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Creativity is also a must.
• Passion for and belief in Vietcetera, its mission, and its franchises and products.
• Experience managing international stakeholders is a plus.
• Must be native in Vietnamese, fluent in English. Applicants requiring a work permit will not be considered.
