Project Leader, Food & Beverage

Vietcetera is looking for an experienced Project Leader to oversee and drive the development of our Food & Beverage (F&B) vertical. This role will be responsible for leading initiatives that engage F&B professionals, enthusiasts, and audiences through original content, partnerships, and events. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the F&B industry and a knack for developing projects that resonate with both local and international audiences.

Project Strategy & Execution

• Define the project roadmap for the F&B vertical, including content, partnerships, and events that align with Vietcetera’s brand and business objectives.
• Lead project development from ideation to execution, ensuring high standards and consistency in all F&B-related initiatives.

Content & Event Management

• Oversee the creation of original F&B content, including articles, video series, and social media campaigns.
• Plan and execute F&B-themed events, such as tasting events, chef collaborations, and industry panels, that engage audiences and elevate brand presence.

Partnerships & Sponsorships

• Identify and develop partnerships with F&B brands, restaurants, chefs, and industry experts.
• Work closely with the sales team to create and manage sponsorship opportunities that add value to partners and enhance the F&B vertical.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal teams, including editorial, creative, and marketing, to bring content and events to life.
• Provide guidance and feedback to ensure that the project’s creative and business goals are met effectively.

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the F&B, media, or events industry

Skills

• Strong understanding of the F&B landscape, with a network of industry contacts.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects from concept to completion

Other

• Native Vietnamese speaker with fluency in English.
