Project Manager ( Retail Team )

Vietcetera’s sister business is a food and beverage group.  The team is seeking a Project Manager to lead our partnership with The Joyful Nest, Vietnam’s first 5-star postpartum sanctuary, offering a serene haven for new mothers.

As the exclusive F&B partner, we deliver high-quality culinary experiences to support their well-being.  This role involves client management, operations coordination, and financial oversight to ensure seamless execution. Objectives: 

• Collaborate closely with clients to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering results.
• Coordinate effectively with the internal Operations team to achieve desired outcomes.

Client Management

• Ensure client satisfaction by addressing feedback, fulfilling contract requirements, and maintaining open communication.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and needs.

Operations Coordination

• Manage and streamline the client ordering process or develop an efficient ordering system.
• Work within the scope of contracts to coordinate with the Kitchen team, ensuring all client-specific changes and nutritional requirements are met.
• Facilitate communication between the client and the Operations team to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Remove roadblocks for the internal team to support effective scopes delivery.
• Monitor timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Administrative and Financial Management

• Oversee client billing processes to ensure timely payments.
• Prepare and share necessary documentation, including invoices and reimbursement receipts, with clients.

• Client management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• F&B operations background.
