Vietcetera is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to strengthen and expand our audience analytics capabilities across Web, Social, CRM, and Content. Your insights will support data-driven decision-making for Marketing, Events, Product, and Editorial.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine our data frameworks, enhance reporting systems, and uncover meaningful trends behind audience behavior, engagement, and growth. This role offers substantial ownership, with opportunities to shape how data is used across the company.
Unified Data Analysis
Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources (GA4, CMS, Social, CRM, Event tools) to create a unified view of Vietcetera’s audience.
Build scalable data pipelines and ensure data integrity and accessibility across teams.
Audience Segmentation & Journey Mapping
Identify and define high-value audience segments to better understand behaviors, interests, and retention drivers.
Map user journeys and conversion funnels to highlight growth and engagement opportunities.
Content & Campaign Intelligence
Measure performance across formats (articles, podcasts, videos, events) and provide actionable insights for content planning and campaign optimization.
Apply AI concepts (vector embeddings, LLM prompts) to extract meaning from unstructured data such as user comments or article sentiment.
Dashboarding & Visual Reporting
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using BI tools (Looker Studio, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
Define and track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, retention).
Strategic Translation
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Present insights to leadership, marketing, and editorial teams in a way that drives decision-making and creative strategy.
System & Process Development
Design and document tracking specs, data schemas, and data dictionaries.
Establish standardized workflows for recurring data reporting and insight generation.
