Senior Digital Growth Manager

Vietcetera is seeking a Senior Digital Growth Manager to drive audience expansion, content engagement, and performance marketing. This role will lead digital strategy, combining paid digital campaigns and organic audience development to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate is data-driven, innovative, and experienced in both digital marketing and audience engagement strategies.

1. Digital Growth & Audience Development

• Optimize content distribution strategies to drive audience growth across digital platforms, with a priority on YouTube and the website.

• Develop and execute plans to increase subscriber bases and engagement on Web, YouTube, Podcasts, and other emerging platforms.

• Optimize thumbnails, headlines, and metadata to maximize discoverability and click-through rates.

• Monitor platform trends, SEO strategies, and algorithm updates to improve reach and retention.

2. Content Strategy & Frameworks

• Develop scalable frameworks for long-term content sustainability, ensuring consistent performance and audience engagement over time. 

• Establish scalable content production workflows that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with editorial, design, and production teams to ensure content is data-informed and aligned with audience preferences.

3. AI & Market Trends

• Share and implement practical insights on how AI is reshaping content creation to position Vietcetera as a market leader.

• Leverage AI-driven tools for content optimization, personalization, and automation.

• Stay ahead of digital trends, consumer behavior shifts, and platform algorithm changes.

4. Performance Analytics & Growth Optimization

• Analyze performance data to drive data-backed decision-making.

• Set and track KPIs, including audience growth, engagement rates, and conversion metrics.

• Provide regular reports with actionable insights to senior management.

• Implement high-impact growth strategies inspired by billion-view success models to maximize content reach and engagement.

• Analyze and optimize content performance, identifying small but strategic adjustments that can exponentially increase audience reach.

5. Team leading 

• Manage the marketing team and ensure the quality of content and its relevance to our audience.

• Develop marketing plans that align with company objectives and growth strategies.

6. Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the editorial, design, and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.

• Partner with product and event teams to ensure maximum visibility for Vietcetera’s initiatives.

• Develop and implement strategies that balance both brand awareness and conversion-driven marketing.

7. Digital Marketing & Paid Performance

• Develop and execute data-driven paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

• Manage budgets, optimize bidding strategies, and track ROI across advertising channels.

• Implement retargeting, conversion tracking, and lead generation strategies to drive business growth.

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, audience development, or social media management.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media, and social media marketing.

• Proven track record in growing and engaging audiences across digital platforms.

• Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing tools.

• Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and execute growth strategies.

• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred

• Experience in media, content publishing, or digital media companies is a plus.

• Familiarity with Vietnamese and international markets.

• Knowledge of multimedia production (video, podcast promotion).
