Senior Marketing Executive [VNID]

Vietcetera is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to lead content execution and support strategic marketing initiatives—primarily for Vietnam Innovators Digest (VNID), our bilingual (English-Vietnamese) platform focused on business, innovation, and finance. This role also contributes to broader Digital Growth projects across the company.

The ideal candidate is a strategic yet execution-driven marketer with a strong grasp of digital channels, audience engagement, and performance metrics. A solid understanding of Vietnam’s business and finance landscape is essential, as well as the ability to create content and campaigns that resonate with both English- and Vietnamese-speaking audiences.

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance Vietcetera’s brand presence and market positioning.
• Optimize marketing channels and campaigns to maximize audience reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, Business Team, and Operations Team to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and timelines.
• Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and strong ROI.

2. Content Marketing & Social Media Optimization:

• Plan and execute content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
• Maintain an editorial and social media calendar, ensuring consistency in content distribution across multiple platforms.
• Develop compelling content aligned with Vietcetera’s brand voice, SEO best practices, and audience needs.
• Manage and optimize digital content hubs, email/newsletter distribution, and supporting social channels.
• Implement and monitor SEO strategies, content categorization, and performance measurement to improve visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate content marketing execution plans seamlessly.

3. Performance Measurement & Optimization:

• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, engagement trends, and content performance, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Report on key KPIs and marketing impact, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• 3+ years of experience in marketing planning, content marketing, or digital marketing roles.

• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, content distribution, and audience growth.

• Proficiency in SEO, social media management, content marketing, and analytics tools.

• Experience in campaign execution, channel optimization, and budget management.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.

• Bilingual fluency in Vietnamese and English
