Social Planner

Vietcetera is a talented Social Planner to join our team and contribute to our social media strategy and execution.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media plans and campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all social platforms to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic and conversions.

Your work will greatly contribute to Vietcetera’s online presence and readers’ experience!

• Plan and implement social media strategies to achieve the  marketing goals.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content across all social platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and make recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, content) to coordinate social media content and campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on social media activities and results.
• Perform other assignments and directives about content creation issued by the line manager.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• From 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Experience with social media management tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and formats.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• This candidate must be native in Vietnamese and fluent in English. At this time we are not able to consider international candidates or sponsor work visas.
