Junior UX/UI Web Designer

Vietcetera Media is on the lookout for a talented Junior UX/UI Web Designer to join our product team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting user-centric designs for our website and digital platforms. Your work will bring together creative ideas and practical solutions to enhance our content experience. A strong command of Figma is essential, and you should be comfortable working closely with engineering and content teams to turn ideas into engaging designs.

• Collaborative Design: Work with the design and engineering teams to develop UX/UI solutions that match Vietcetera’s brand and content strategy.
• Figma Expertise: Create prototypes, mockups, and final designs using Figma, ensuring that designs are both creative and user-friendly.
• User Focus: Apply user empathy to design experiences that truly address our users’ needs.
• Project Management: Handle multiple design projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in digital product or media environments.
• Figma Skills: Strong experience in Figma with a portfolio that demonstrates your design process and final work.
• Design Sense: A good eye for visual design, including layout, typography, and overall aesthetics.
• User Empathy: Ability to understand user needs and translate them into practical, engaging designs.
• Team Player: Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams, including engineering and other teams.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work on schedule.

• Portfolio: Please include a portfolio that showcases your UI/UX design projects and explains your design process.
