Video Editor - Flavors

Flavors Vietnam is Vietcetera’s new English-only food and culture channel, dedicated to showcasing Vietnam’s dynamic culinary landscape and cultural identity through high-quality video storytelling. We aim to create engaging, visually compelling content that resonates with both local and international audiences.

• Be the main editor for all video content, from short Reels to long-form YouTube episodes.

• Organize raw footage, create rough cuts, and deliver polished edits with ongoing feedback — all with quick turnarounds.

• Add subtitles, light animations, and motion graphics when needed.

• Collaborate with the creative team and other stakeholders to ensure consistency with our brand tone and storytelling style.

• Help brainstorm visual storytelling ideas to make content more engaging and memorable.

• Stay on top of editing trends and best practices in the travel and food content space.

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (experience with After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is a bonus).
  

• Strong storytelling instincts — you know how to cut with rhythm, flow, and emotion.
  

• Experience creating high-performing, viral content that drives views and engagement.
  

• A creative eye for music, visuals, and transitions that elevate the viewer experience.
  

• Passion or interest in travel, food, and culture (a big plus).
  

• Ability to take feedback, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
  

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a great sense of pacing and timing.
  

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
