Occupying three kilometers of pristine coastline near the bougainvillea-draped ancient town of Hoi An, the new integrated resort by Hoiana has been making waves ever since the groundbreaking ceremony back in 2016. A partnership between Vietnam’s SunCity Group, VinaCapital and Hong Kong-based VMS, the premium development promises to bring luxury entertainment on a scale previously not seen on Vietnam’s central coast.
Largely believed to be the country’s most ambitious upscale tourism developments to date, the resort will open in phazes. Ahead of the preview opening on 28 June 2020, some of Hoiana’s most hotly anticipated facilities have started accepting reservations: Hoiana Suncity, a cutting-edge entertainment and gaming facility managed by SunCity Group; and Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed Hoiana Shores Golf Club (in operation since September 2019); and the first of four luxury hotels managed by Rosewood Hotel Group – the Hoiana Hotel & Suites.
And this is just the beginning. The Grand Opening in early 2021 will see the addition of two more upscale hotels: KHOS Hoiana and New World Hoiana Hotel & Residences, both coming with a host of unique dining experiences. Slated for late 2022, the opening of Rosewood Hoi An will mark the arrival of the ultra-luxury Rosewood Hotels & Resorts® in Vietnam, bringing the brand’s signature A Sense of Place® philosophy to life.

The first hotel to open out of four upscale Hoiana properties, Hoiana Hotel & Suites will offer 143 sumptuously appointed suites offering views of the resort's ground and sparkling coastline. Stylish casual dining experiences await at The Terrace and The Edge, while the Hideout, when completed, will boast private cabanas by a landscaped outdoor pool. Guests can look forward to lazy afternoons lounging by Hoaina’s infinity pool and vigorous workouts at the state-of-the-art Fitness Center featuring a dedicated reflexology area.

In operation since September 2019, Hoiana Shores Golf Club is set against a spectacular coastline and unspoiled natural terrain.
