What is the setting of the Cocktail Reception and After Party?
The Cocktail Reception and After Party is on January 24th at the vibrant Wiking Salon x CTY Kitchen + Bar in Centec Tower. Wiking Salon, a creative hub, goes beyond being just an art space—it's a lively spot where warm lights, modern style, and cool walls combine to create a private and inspiring atmosphere.
Please note that canapes will be served at the Cocktail Reception, providing an opportunity for attendees to mingle and connect in this unique artistic setting. There will be no sit-down dinner.
What is the format of the workshops in the Conference?
The workshops are designed to be interactive, with more time for Q&A and engaging activities like quizzes and live polls. More importantly, its smaller scale compared to the morning sessions fosters an environment where participants can feel free to ask questions and share their opinions.
What can I expect from the Curated Company Tours?
The company tour covers an office walkthrough and an insight session where a company rep introduces their culture and talks about the qualities they look for in potential candidates. Highlights involve visiting De La Sol with CEO Luc Nhon Ly and Creative Director Tuan Le from The Lab Saigon. The tour concludes with a visit to the Michelin-starred restaurant Anan Saigon, where owner and chef Peter Cuong Franklin guides you through his kitchen, sharing some favorite bites. Transportation and lunch are provided during the tour.
How can I engage in networking at the event?
Prior to the event, attendees will receive a speaker directory detailing the speaker lineup and participating companies. This resource allows you to identify key individuals and businesses for targeted networking, ensuring meaningful and strategic connections during and after the event.
If I miss one day of the event, can I get a refund for my All-in ticket?
We do not offer a refund for the All-in ticket. The ticket covers all three days of the event, and it remains non-refundable if you are unable to attend one of those dates. We encourage attendees to make the most of the other days included in their tickets to experience the full value of the event.
Can I pass my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another person. If you decide to do so, please email us at events.rsvp@vietcetera.com with the new attendee’s name, email address, and phone number. Kindly make sure to do this at least 02 days before the event to ensure a smooth check-in process for the new attendees.
How often will this summit happen?
We aim for this program to be an annual event and will announce fixed dates for the 2025 program at the 2024 offline event. We anticipate hosting the 2025 program in late December 2024 or early January 2025.
