Green F&B Product of the Year: Pizza 4P's

Source: Vietcetera

Pizza 4P's achieved double recognition by being honored in the category of Green F&B Product of the Year.

Since its establishment, Pizza 4P's has pursued the philosophy of "Farm to Table" by collaborating closely with Vietnamese farmers to bring fresh, high-quality ingredients. This spirit has also inspired Pizza 4P's to develop many new dishes in 2024, with the vegetarian "crab" pasta being a notable example.

The dish replaces crab meat with mushrooms, young jackfruit, and red fermented bean curd. Paired with the rich tomato sauce that permeates each strand of noodles, it recreates the original taste of Italian crab pasta while protecting crab populations.

Thus, the dish conveys a message of gratitude to crabs – the "quiet heroes" of the mangrove ecosystem. This is also an excellent example of how brands can cleverly adjust culinary habits to gradually support biodiversity without compromising diners' taste experience.
