The COVID-19 pandemic has made it even clearer how a healthy culture in the workplace is critical in navigating tough times, more so in retaining the best talents. In its inaugural 2022 Vietnam list, ‘Great Place To Work,’ a global authority on workplace culture, has recognized Vietnam-based enterprises that have collectively made their organizations one that is a “great place to work for all.”
To determine the 2022 Vietnam Best Workplaces™, Great Place to Work®️ analyzed confidential survey feedback representing nearly 20,000 employees across different industries in Vietnam. Employees responded to over 60 survey questions describing how their organization creates a Great Place to Work For All™️.
85% of the evaluation is based on what employees say about their experiences of trust and reaching their full human potential as part of their organization, no matter who they are or what they do.
Great Place to Work analyzed these experiences relative to each organization’s size, workforce makeup, and what’s typical in their industry. The remaining 15% of the rank was based on an assessment of all employees’ daily experiences of innovation, the company’s values, and the effectiveness of their leaders, to ensure they’re consistently experienced. Companies with 10 to 99 people were considered for the Small category; companies with 100 employees or more were considered for the Medium and Large category.
After a careful review, the companies below emerged as ‘Vietnam Best Workplaces,’ having empowered all individuals in their organizations to reach their full human potential while achieving the growth that is needed for the company.
Vietnam Best Workplaces: Medium & Large Category
1. DHL-VNPT Express Limited (DHL Express)
