Megan Giller is the author of Bean-to-Bar Chocolate: America's Craft Chocolate Revolution and the founder of Chocolate Noise, a social enterprise that leads virtual and in-person chocolate tastings for team building, customer appreciation events, and corporate parties. She writes for Slate, Food & Wine, and Fortune, among other places, and her site Chocolate Noise was a 2016 Saveur Food Blog Award finalist. She also judges chocolate competitions (it’s hard work, she promises!)
