Close to 90% of Vietnamese students say they are familiar with the online learning model after it was rolled out at the start of the pandemic. However, the urgency of the situation meant many teachers and their charges were “sent online'' unprepared and poorly equipped. According to some experts, this is one of the reasons few students find the online experience enjoyable or want their schooling to remain digital when things eventually return to normal.
