Lunar New Year 2023 at Resorts World Sentosa
In keeping with the new year's hope for fortune, abundance, and prosperity, Resorts World Sentosa’s keyword this year is “Bountiful.” Indeed, to bring the spirit of the Year of the Rabbit to life, visitors will find the resort dotted with ‘themed bunnies’ installations, hopping their way along to the wishing tree – the perfect place for a quick photoshoot.
Following the Bountiful theme, there’s an extensive array of offerings running at its hotels, attractions, and restaurants. Here’s a taste of what’s to come.
Bountiful Escapes at Hotel Michael, Equarius Hotel & Hard Rock Hotel Singapore
Each couldn’t be more different from the next, but there’s plenty to love about all of these hotels. Hotel Michael, with its maple-accented rooms, is all about art, design, warmth, and elegance. Equarius Hotel brings guests into idyllic nature with the neighboring tropical rainforest. Hard Rock Hotel Singapore does what it says on the tin, and then some more, with tranquil rooms to counterbalance the energy and glamor.
From now right throughout the year until December 31, guests can avail of Bountiful Escapes by Resorts World Sentosa, which offer a choice of packages at these three characteristic hotels. These also include dining experiences where guests can enjoy special festive menus at the resort’s signature restaurants such as Feng Shui Inn, Osia Steak & Seafood Grill, and Syun.
If adventure and adrenaline is more up your alley than dining, there is also a two-night Hotel and Multi-Attractions package, which allows access to the thrills of Universal Studios Singapore and the wonders of the S.E.A. Aquarium, home to over 100,000 marine animals.
Bouniful Thrills at Universal Studios Singapore
Universal Studios Singapore is Southeast Asia’s only theme park of its kind. Here in Singapore, the adrenaline-inducing park is set across six themes – Hollywood, New York, the futuristic Sci-Fi City, Ancient Egypt, The Lost World, and the fairytale land of Far Far Away from DreamWorks Animation’s Shrek.
To jumpstart the year, Universal Studios Singapore is running a series of special live shows, meet and greet opportunities, and even giveaways through its Bountiful Thrills offerings, available until February 5. Stroll down Hollywood Boulevard as it's lined with cherry blossoms, catch a traditional “Lo Hei” show, or witness the Dance of the Neon Dragon, backed by LED-adorned dancers and exciting drummers to light up the night. On top of this, kids (and adults, of course), can mingle with Illumination’s Minions, Shrek, Kung Fu Panda’s Po and Master Tigress from DreamWorks Animation, and Sesame Street’s favorites Elmo, Oscar, and the Cookie Monster, as well as other stars.
