Meet the Leaders
An Vo
Ms. An Vo is the Founding Partner and Managing Director of Janus Executive Search, overseeing the executive search practice for Asia Pacific markets. Under An’s leadership, Janus Executive Search has become a strategic talent partner with leading organizations in Vietnam, fulfilling key C-level and high impact positions across banking, financial services, retail, real estate, manufacturing, technology industries.
Janus’s approach has set it apart from competitors in which clients are provided with high touch and customized talent acquisition services, served by high quality consultants with solid track record in dealing with top international talents.
Before Janus, Ms Vo was the Head of Talent Acquisition of Techcombank-a leading private bank in Vietnam where she was leading a team of 50 people and recruited over 3,500 employees every year. Prior to that, Ms Vo was the Head of HR for Hong Leong Bank Vietnam, East Asia Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Business Partner for British American Tobacco. Under her belt is over 12 years of experience in human resources management, talent acquisition, employer brand building.
She has won the Top 10 LinkedinSocial Recruiters in Asia in 2015, Top 3 Employer Brand in Asia Pacific in 2016 and led her former employers to win several reputed HR awards. An Vo holds a Master Degree in Communication Management from University of Stirling (Scotland) and a Double BA degree in French and International Relations from Mount Holyoke College (USA).

Tuan Le and Phuong Anh Nguyen
Tuan Le, Creative Director of The Lab, a multidisciplinary design agency in Vietnam. The agency's work intersects branding, interior architecture, and experiential design for clients from Multinational Corporations to non-profit organizations. His work has been featured in Vice, Design Anthology, Deco Journal, Michelin Guide, Monocle, Dwell, Victionary, 88Rising, and other cultural platforms.
He's a co-founder of media platform Vietcetera and a podcast host. He’s an advisor to NON Library, an NGO project to build creative library spaces in rural schools across Vietnam. He's also the CEO and Creative Director of The Lab Concepts, a hospitality group with brands such as Bakes, Matte, Yeshi, and Blank Lounge.
Phuong Anh Nguyen is the Strategic Partnership Director and Managing Partner at The Lab, where she leads Client Service and Business Development. Since 2016, Phuong Anh has taken on various roles at The Lab, contributing to nearly all studio projects across disciplines, from branding to interior and communication.
Her expertise spans F&B, art, culture, community, and advertising, and she has built strong relationships with clients and partners such as Meta, Apple, Sun Life Vietnam, the US CDC, and the Ministry of Health.In addition to her primary roles, Phuong Anh is an investor at The Lab Concepts. She contributes to expanding The Lab’s portfolio of F&B brands, including Bakes, Matte, Yeshi, and Blank Lounge.

Quang Do
Quang Do is a German-born Vietnamese who currently lives in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Quang founded the Overseas Vietnamese community (OV) as a side-project to connect Vietnamese professionals around the world. He scaled the community to 40k+ members across platforms in 30+ cities globally.
Today, OV runs a vetted private membership network, job board, podcast series, and annual summit. Quang was previously Senior Account Manager at Google and holds a Master of Science in Business and Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich.

DJ Levi Oi
Levi has a truly unique story to tell, and so does her music. Born and raised in Germany with years abroad in Melbourne, Dubai and London, she decided to explore her own roots and moved to Vietnam. A new chapter began. Set on a fresh career path, it took only a matter of time for Levi to quickly make an impression on clubs and promoters across the country.
Within 5 months of her DJ career, she played her first Boiler Room set in Ho Chi Minh City. Today, you'll find her regularly shuttling around Vietnam and South East Asia playing for luxury fashion brands, hosting her own nights and playing at popular underground establishments.

Sam Jeong
Sam Jeong is the Founder and Director of Education for Good, an initiative that envisions a nonprofit international boarding school in Vietnam, inspired by the principles and values of the United World Colleges (UWC) movement. Our mission is to nurture a joyful and inclusive community of changemakers in Vietnam through providing transformative educational experience for youth, guided by the values of peace, inclusivity, and sustainability.
Sam’s experience includes serving as a university counselor at UWC Changshu China and Saigon South International School, as well as Assistant Director of Admissions at Dartmouth College. His work is guided by a deep passion for creating transformative learning environments where students can thrive.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys playing the viola, trying his hand at padel and board games, and seeking out peaceful spots to read and recharge. He holds a BA in Sociology and Chinese from Williams College and an MA in Private School Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University.
