It’s often said that Saigon is the standard bearer for international cuisines and flavors in Vietnam. Yet, it’s worth pointing out Hanoi doesn’t disappoint either. With its burgeoning middle class and continued rise as a central hub for business travelers and holidaymakers in Asia, Hanoi’s culinary scene is now more appealing than ever. And with that rise, venues are beginning to cater to a growing demand for private dining experiences that can support groups and special occasions.
