After more than a month of public nominations, Flavors Collection 2026 has officially revealed 50 of the community’s most-loved F&B establishments across five categories, reflecting the many ways people experience Vietnam’s culinary scene today.
Flavors Collection 2026 is one of three award systems under Flavors Awards 2026 – “The Flavors of Our Time,” alongside Vietcetera Editor’s Picks and Flavors Grand Prize 2026. While the other two reflect Vietcetera’s editorial perspective and recognition from industry experts, Flavors Collection puts the public at the heart of the nominating process, inviting the community to recognize the places that have left a mark on their culinary journeys.
From July 22 to August 25, 2026, thousands of nominations poured in from across the country. Based on the total number of valid nominations, the top 10 most-nominated names in each category were selected, culminating in a collection of 50 establishments loved by the community.

Flavors Collection 2026 features five categories, each recognizing 10 establishments that received the most nominations and support from the community:

Each name in Flavors Collection 2026 represents a different experience within Vietnam’s F&B scene today. It might be a restaurant people keep coming back to, a coffee shop that has become part of their daily routine, a nightlife spot with a personality of its own, or an under-the-radar destination discovered and shared by the community.
Chosen by the people who have experienced and connected with these places themselves, Flavors Collection is a recognition from the community for the establishments helping shape Vietnam’s F&B landscape today.
Flavors Collection is only the first piece of the Flavors Awards 2026 journey. Next comes the announcement of the other two award systems: Vietcetera Editor’s Picks, selected by Vietcetera’s editorial team, and Flavors Grand Prize 2026, judged by industry experts.
All three award systems will come together at the Flavors Awards 2026 Ceremony on October 10, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City. The event will bring Vietnam’s F&B community together, creating opportunities for meaningful connections, new collaborations, and the next chapter of Vietnam’s culinary culture.
