Track 1: Date night sips
For those seeking cozy, romantic spots, Track 1 in the Hoan Kiem Lake neighborhood is ideal. This track includes three bars, starting with the luxurious Sicily Chamber Bar in Hang Trong, hidden behind Hanoi Cathedral.
Designed in a jazz bar style with brown tones, it’s perfect for hours of conversation with friends or a friendly chat with the bartender.
For a sweet and creamy delight, try the Joie de Vivre cocktail, featuring lightly fragrant Singleton 12 Infused Black Tea, matcha powder, and homemade cream. Alternatively, the Mystic Emotion cocktail offers a refreshing citrus taste, ideal for cooling off in the summer heat.
On the other side of Hanoi Cathedral, 3 minutes walking from Sicily Chamber Bar is Aura The Orange Cocktail Bar. True to its name, the bar is decorated in orange hues and wood, with walls adorned with abstract paintings reminiscent of New York City's small houses. The intimate atmosphere is perfect for couples or groups of friends.

The journey begins with The Haflington, a hidden bar inspired by 1920s London and the London Natural History Museum, with dinosaur fossils hanging from the ceiling and a large bar.
The experienced bartenders here, including a Top 8 finalist in the World Class 2024 competition, recommend the Revolver—a classic cocktail with oak-flavored Bulleit Bourbon, Tia Maria coffee liqueur, and orange bitters.
Continuing to the next location is Gallery Bespoke Cocktail Bar, known for its 10-meter-long bar and atrium wine racks. The romantic atmosphere is enhanced by live music, cozy wooden furniture with leather accents, and brick walls adorned with countless paintings.
Drinks here are inspired by Vietnam's coastal regions, featuring Zacapa rum, Don Julio tequila, and Tanqueray gin, including Ha Long (Pearl of the Tonkin), Da Nang (Sun-kissed Shores), and Phu Quoc (Sunset Swirl), served in themed glasses.
The final stop on Track 2 is The Alchemist, a chic cocktail bar offering great music and taste experiences. The bar frequently hosts jazz music sessions, providing a relaxing end to a stressful day.
Signature cocktails include the Legendary of Highland, balancing sweet and bitter flavors, and Quinque Spice Pulveris, highlighting fresh lemon and creamy egg whites.

Participating in a Bar Walk: Things to remember
As you join the Bar Walk, you will encounter two main steps:
Registration:
- To participate in the Bar Walk, you must register through the Flavors website by providing your name, contact information, number of participants (up to 10 people), preferred track, and desired time.
- After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Ensure you register at least 24 hours in advance to join the track.
Activities Throughout Bar Walk:
- Upon arrival at each bar, present your confirmation email to the staff, who will direct you to your table and guide you through the activities.
- Participate in exciting interactive activities such as the Photo Scavenger Hunt and Phrase Chaser and receive special gifts from the program.

Flavors Vietnam 2024, a partnership between Vietcetera and Mastercard, is a five-month long celebration of Vietnam's F&B scene. An annual occurrence since 2018, this year's theme is focused on “Crafting shared culinary experiences.”
Flavors Vietnam 2024 kicks off with Flavors Bar Week, in collaboration with the World Class Cocktail Festival by Diageo. It will feature a series of events at nearly 50 bars in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City from July 1st to July 14th.
