This July, the answer gets its biggest stage yet. On 17 July 2026, TECH59 will host its first flagship summit at Orbital 2.0 Tower inside QTSC IT Park, the dense tech ecosystem on the western edge of Ho Chi Minh City that already houses more than 20,000 professionals. Five hundred-plus attendees, 20-plus speakers, and ten breakout tracks spanning AI, venture capital, gaming, EdTech, real estate and government policy.
From Community To Flagship
TECH59 was founded in 2024 by The Sentry, SPARK Hub and AVV with a deliberately humble premise: build the room first, the deals will follow. By the end of 2025, the room had grown to roughly 1,900 attendees across a year of monthly events, with more than 600 startups, 1,000 investors and 1,500 tech brands cycling through. The Vietnam Government Portal covered it. So did VOV, Viet Nam News, Vietnam+ and e27.
The 2026 summit is the natural next move: take a series that proved demand and turn it into a single dense gathering that international visitors can fly in for.

Why This Matters Now?
The summit lands in the middle of a structurally interesting moment for Vietnam. Foreign direct investment in semiconductors and AI infrastructure continues to climb. The creator economy is one of the fastest-growing labour categories in the country. And as global capital rotates out of more saturated markets in Southeast Asia, Vietnam is increasingly framed in investor decks not as a back-office, but as a primary bet.
That repositioning is exactly what TECH59's partner list reflects. Past partners read like a cross-section of the global tech stack landing in Vietnam: NVIDIA, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Plug and Play, Vertex Ventures, Heineken, VNG, Sky Mavis. Government and bilateral partners include the National Innovation Center (NIC), the Ministry of Finance, AusCham Vietnam, Business Finland, Business Sweden, and multiple consulates.
