The event kicked off with a welcome cocktail gathering at Shri Lifestyle Dining on January 23. The party provided an inviting setting for Vietnamese professionals returning to their home country to socialize, encouraging deeper connections during the next two days of the event.

The subsequent day featured the main event, the Conference at the New World Saigon Hotel, where discussions and valuable insights took center stage, with active participation from Techcombank.

The conference sparked passionate discussions on domestic recruitment, opportunities, and challenges for overseas Vietnamese in the Vietnamese labor market.

During the conference, Nguyen Le Thao Nguyen (Veo), the Head of Human Resource Business Partner at Techcombank, shared her insights. As a Vietnamese expatriate who recently relocated to Vietnam following a period of residence and employment overseas, she dispelled numerous misconceptions concerning the work environment in Vietnam and provided market insights based on personal experience to facilitate the reintegration of Vietnamese individuals back into their native land.

The discussion session addressed concerns about overseas Vietnamese relocating to Vietnam for residency and employment. Thao Nguyen highlighted that Techcombank’s human resources department is eager to assist overseas Vietnamese talents during their career move.

The night extended the vibrant atmosphere at the After Party in Wiking Salon on January 24th.

On January 25th, Day 3 marks the conclusion of the event series. The Overseas Vietnamese Community can participate in the Company Tour event organized by the sponsor partners.
