Khi những lớp giấy tre, nứa của Trúc Chỉ gặp ánh sáng dịu của Tokyo, hoa văn truyền thống Việt hiện lên như một hơi thở mềm mại. Ánh sáng ấy không chỉ soi chiếu chất liệu, mà còn soi chiếu tinh thần: sự kết nối giữa nghệ thuật thủ công Huế và thẩm mỹ Nhật Bản. Nén Tokyo, vì thế, không đơn thuần là nhà hàng.
