Brandon is a food writer and recipe developer based in California. With familial ties everywhere from Vietnam to Italy to Palestine, his interests lie in how food and culture are inextricably connected. He was raised in the food industry but now seeks to use words to explore how food can be a hand in creating and changing cultural identities. Outside of food and writing, Brandon spends his time as a freelance musician.
