CoCo Dining
CoCo Dining is a complex of high-class restaurants and bars. From the exterior design, CoCo attracts passersby with long rows of cacti on the rusty bronze background of metal, making it more mysterious and luxurious.
Inside, you will be amazed by the dark and moody lighting covering the space. The furniture features sleek, black chairs, and polished tables, emphasizing a minimalist yet upscale aesthetic.
CoCo Dining offers dishes with a unique combination of Vietnamese and World cuisine. The art of fermentation and sophisticated food processing techniques will satisfy not only diners’ taste but also their sight. Moreover, CoCo Dining has a huge wine collection with more than 300 different wines from all over the world.

The space features neutral colors with light beige chairs and white tablecloths, creating a calm atmosphere. A subtle yet significant touch: fresh flowers are delivered daily to adorn white table tops in the restaurant.

Å by TUNG
Nestled in a quiet corner, Å by TUNG, with the neo-modern architectural style and cool tones covering the space, brings a miniature Northern Europe to Saigon. Diners will be attracted by the highlight of the stalactite ceiling lights, the 3D wall panels, or the aurora color strip covering the ceiling.
Moreover, Å by TUNG is the first high-end restaurant in Asia applying 3D food printers to the daily menu. This technology not only creates many beautiful shapes, but also elevates dishes with complex designs and almost absolute precision.
With the promise of conquering high-end cuisine, Chef Hoang Tung and his team always prioritize choosing sustainable and qualified ingredients. With more than 2/3 of the dishes in the 20-course menu mainly using seafood or vegetables, Å by TUNG limits using red meat. Instead, they choose local seasonal ingredients and minimize waste and energy sources.

The two dining rooms, with a combined total of 40 seats, are connected by an impressive exposed ceiling design. At the center of the dining area is an open kitchen that showcases Chef Alain Pham’s culinary expertise.
Alain’s childhood dreams of becoming an artist or architect still resonate in the cuisine and refined atmosphere of Aiii House Saigon, which he proudly calls “the realization of my dream to return to Vietnam and open a restaurant.”
Its current menu highlights include Wagyu beef with ‘bun bo Hue’ jus and dauphinoise-style breadfruit, crab noodles, and longan chocolate millefeuille with Phu Quoc pepper for dessert.
