“Our black vinegar is made by fermenting rice vinegar rich in amino acids; dishes cooked with black vinegar are full of flavor and stimulate the taste buds. We want to introduce the purest Chinese ingredients to our guests,” chefs sharing.

The black vinegar is distilled and stored in ceramic jars, served at each table, becoming an unforgettable image for every guest dining at Black Vinegar.
