Today is a major milestone for everyone at Vietcetera as we celebrate our 7th anniversary. I’m happy to address this letter to you, our readers, as your constant support has made this journey happen.
At our yearly team retreat, we chose to focus on gratitude. This feeling is a reminder to show respect and appreciation for what we have and those around us. As readers and supporters of Vietcetera, you’re part of our extended team, and your enthusiasm and loyalty motivate us every day.
Like any group, we’ve faced internal obstacles and times of misalignment. But we identified these problems and took clear steps to fix them. During the retreat, I asked each company member about what they were grateful for. A common theme emerged - a deep appreciation for their colleagues, regardless of their roles or locations. This sentiment was shared by all team members, highlighting the importance of teamwork within our organization.
Our shared mission to bring Vietnam to the world and the world to Vietnam stands firm. Despite challenges, the feeling of gratitude makes every effort worthwhile. As we mark seven years of growth, we acknowledge that our unity forms the base of our strength.
The last 18 months have certainly been filled with big challenges and changes. When the borders reopened, our resolve as a company was tested in new ways. We saw the highs and lows of growth, and sometimes the path ahead seemed tough. But through it all, you were with us, pushing us to learn and adapt.
We all work hard to create stories that matter, stories that can have a real impact. But none of this would happen without your readership and encouragement. Every like, share, and comment shows the impact our content has on you, and we appreciate that.
But as we express our gratitude, we also know that our journey isn’t over. There’s still much to do, and we’re dedicated to continually evolving. We’ll focus on enhancing internal communication, making sure we align with your interests and goals.
So, dear readers, I want to say a big thank you. Thank you for being an important part of the Vietcetera team. Your belief in our mission and your trust in our content inspire us to push our limits.
