In August 2022, Saigon - Hanoi Bank (SHB) was honored by HR Asia magazine as "Asia's Best Company To Work For". This award marks SHB&rsquo;s efforts to build an empowering, creative, open and equal working environment. In this episode of the Vietnam Innovators podcast, we will meet up with two leaders from SHB, who have set the foundation for innovation. They are Do Quang Vinh (Member of the Board of Directors cum Deputy General Director) and Tu Duong (Deputy Head of Digital Division). Mr. Do Quang Vinh holds a Master's degree in Finance and Administration at the University of East Anglia, (UK). Although he is young, he has experience in management roles in many large domestic and foreign enterprises. With talent and enterprising spirit, Do Quang Vinh has just received the "Excellent Asian Entrepreneur in Financial Services" award by Enterprise Asia. Accompanying Deputy General Director Do Quang Vinh at SHB is Tu Duong, who has more than 20 years of experience in finance and banking.
